Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the lobby's 24-hour tea and coffee station was a nice touch. The lounge chair was a bit odd and not very cozy, reminding me of a Holiday Inn Express room. However, the artwork on the walls added a nice touch. The service had some hiccups, but the staff was generally attentive. The location, while near the airport and McKinleyville High School, lacked nearby attractions besides being close to Highway 101. The dining options were satisfactory, starting breakfast early but with limited choices. The facilities were decent but not exceptional.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were large and came with toiletries, which was awesome, but unfortunately, our room faced tractor trailers due to a renovation I wasn't informed about. The staff did fix the TV without a remote, and the overall stay was perfect for myself and my two teen sons.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were equipped with a fridge, microwave, and a 24-hour tea and coffee station in the lobby, but unfortunately, my room faced tractor trailers full of remodeling supplies. Additionally, there was ongoing construction that disrupted my stay, although the staff did their best to address issues. The lounge chair in the room was a bit awkward, not the most comfy spot to relax.
